Transitional housing
Our first house will provide safe, sober, supported housing for men returning to the Cedar Valley — with case management, house expectations, and a defined path toward independent living.
We are raising funds and finalizing the property now. When applications open, they will be posted here first.

Mentoring and accountability
A man’s first ninety days home go better when someone is walking them with him. Our board members serve through the Black Hawk County Jail Ministry, Catholic Charities reentry case management, and local congregations, and mentors are matched through those relationships.
Mentoring here means circles of support and accountability — small groups of people who commit to showing up over months, not once.
Work and leadership training
Employment is where reentry either holds or comes apart. We are building direct relationships with Cedar Valley employers who are willing to hire on record, and pairing that with practical training in trades, business basics, and leadership.
The goal is not just a first job. It is men who go on to run crews, run shifts, and run businesses of their own.
None of this happens without funding
The fastest way to move a program from “in development” to “running now” is a gift toward the first house.
